Easy Returns & Size Exchanges

Need a different size or colour?

No problem. If your order isn’t quite right, we’ll happily exchange it for the perfect fit. Just let us know which size or colour you’d like when sending it back.

Prefer a refund?

You can return any item within 14 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method.

How to Return or Exchange

1. By Post (via your local Post Office)

Re-pack the item(s) in the original packaging with all tags still attached.
Fill out the returns form that is included in your parcel with your details
For exchanges, write clearly which size or colour you’d like.
Cover the old delivery label with your new return label that is also included in your parcel.
Take your parcel to the Post Office (return postage is payable there).

2. By DPD

Visit dpd.ie/Returns.
Select Gerard Fashions and enter your order details.
Choose the parcel size and pay using card or PayPal.
Print your return label and stick it on the parcel.
Place your completed returns form inside.
Drop your parcel at any DPD drop-off point.
For exchanges, make sure you’ve written the size/colour you want.

3. In Store

Bring your item(s) and your order invoice that is inside your parcel to any Vogue or Gerard store ( Check our store list at the bottom of this page)
Our team will offer you:
- A quick exchange for a different size, colour, or style, or
- A full refund if you’d prefer.
Refunds normally appear in your account within 2–3 working days.
