Refunds and Returns
Should you purchase any goods from Gerard Fashions that you are not entirely satisfied with, we will gladly exchange them or offer a full refund within 14 days from the date of delivery. Please read the following information before returning, so that your return can be handled as efficiently as possible.
Items ordered online should be returned to: Gerard Fashions (Returns), Unit 5, Mallusk View, Central Park, Mallusk, BT36 4FR. Our shops cannot accept returns of items ordered online.
Our packaging is designed to be easily re-used in the event that you need to return any item/s to us. When opening, please open carefully at the flap end, so that the bag can easily be taped shut if needed for a return.
Refunds will be made to the same credit/debit card or Paypal account that was used when placing the order.
Unwanted items: Items must be returned in a resaleable condition, with all tags still attached. Return postage of unwanted/unsuitable items is free of charge (although the original delivery charge is not refundable).
Faulty items: If an item is faulty, please contact us first by e-mail (info@gerardfashions.com) or phone (028 9034 2242) and we can advise you of the best course of action.
Incorrect items: If we have sent you the incorrect item/s, please contact us first by e-mail (info@gerardfashions.com) or phone (028 9034 2242) and we can advise you of the best course of action.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
